Systems Administrator Corporate Services (f/m/d)

Your role

In this role, you’ll join our IT Operations team as system administrator for the Corporate Services section. You will be part of a small and very active team to ensure that all our internal infrastructure and services are working at optimum performance, improving things and helping the company scale smoothly while maintaining a focus on security.

  • Upkeep and maintenance of all the Windows/Microsoft servers and services on-premises and Azure cloud

  • Exchange administration

  • Responsible for all the corporate network devices and network services

  • Escalation point and mentoring for Desktop Support

  • Responsible for the provisioning, installation and management of the corporate equipment (printers, updating the OS, software updates, etc.)

  • Responsible of the IT assets management

Your profile

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in enterprise level IT including providing support of IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Windows Server, and Exchange administration

  • Experience with Azure cloud administration (Active Directory, Exchange, OneDrive, Intune)

  • Exceptional understanding of storage, network, and hardware technologies

  • Excellent attention to detail and proven strong analytical skills

  • Ability to communicate technical information to users in a non-technical manner

  • Proficiency with administering operating systems in a physical and virtual environment

  • Good knowledge in networking technologies, like VPN, Radius setup, WiFi, etc.

Optional, but highly appreciated

  • Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCITP, MCSE) are a strong plus

  • Experience with storage equipment like NAS, SAN, etc. and cloud-based storage like OneDrive, Egnyte, etc.

  • Experience with IT assets management (inventory) solutions

  • Experience with some enterprise services like Okta, Jira, MS 365 products, etc.
