How can I get an invoice for my purchase?

You can ask for an invoice during the purchase process by clicking the “I want an invoice” functionality and by filling in all the required information. After completing the purchase, you will receive an email with the invoice attached as pdf. If you cannot find the email please check the spam folder.

Can I buy more than 1 package at the same time?

Yes, it is possible to buy more than one package, you just need to go through the purchase process for every new package.

Can I share my account with other co-workers?

Every CARFAX account is unique and it is not possible to add multiple users to one account. If that is needed, please contact us and we will help you find a solution.

How long is my credit valid?

Your CARFAX credit is valid for 4 years. Therefore it is worth buying a package, because we can offer attractive fixed prices per vehicle history. After 4 years the credit expires.

How long can I access a purchased CARFAX vehicle history?

After purchase, you can access your vehicle history for 30 days via your account or the link in the order confirmation. Updates for the vehicle you have checked are included within these 30 days. After that, the access to the report expires.

How can I pay?

To buy a CARFAX you only need an email address and you can pay by credit card or PayPal.
